Stamy Paul is the Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Airgas.  As an accomplished change agent who prides herself on building innovative teams and solutions to address the needs of organizations, Stamy created the idea and vision behind the organization, Graffiti HeArt, in 2013, as Founder and President.  Since then, more than 55 underserved teens have been given the opportunity to pursue their goal of formal art education.  Stamy holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Kent State University and a Masters of Business from Baldwin-Wallace University.  Stamy is on the Advisory Board of the Cleveland Institute of Art, and has served formerly on the Cleveland City Planning Commission Board and the University Hospital Board.

Raland Hatchett is President and CEO of R&H Professional Services, LLC, a strategic business consulting firm established in 2009 in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Hatchett has an MBA in finance from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management and is a graduate of the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2016. He is a graduate of Third Sector Company’s Interim Executives Academy (Class #8) in 2020. He is a graduate of Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business program in April 2019(Cohort 19). He has received many honors and awards including those being awarded by the Leadership Akron Alumni Association New Community Leader in 2018 and the Weatherhead School of Management Alumni Advisory Council, Class of 2016.

Xerox Corporation | Business Systems Analyst

Luz Pellot is a software consultant with more than 20 years of software and hardware experience. Luz currently holds the position of Business Systems Analyst with Xerox Corporation. In her role, Luz provides software support to a wide of array clients across the globe that represent diverse industries including healthcare, financial institutions, retail, insurance, and manufacturing. Luz holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Kent State University. Luz is co-founder of a women’s social network group, WH2 (Women’s Happy Hour), est. 2010. She is a board member of Plexus (LGBT Chamber of Commerce) and is also sits on the Regional Transit Authority (RTA) board of directors.  Her volunteerism has included past experiences including HRC Board of Governors, Co-Chair of the Gay Games 9 Party and Special Events Committees, Outreach Committee Co-Chair of the North Coast Mens Chorus, as well as providing support to PFLAG (Parents, Families, and Friends of Lesbians and Gays).

Carla Paul-Nagy

Sodexo USA | Project Manager-Construction Services

Carla Paul-Nagy has more than 30 years of professional facilities construction and project management experience. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Kent State University and began practicing corporate design early in her career, utilizing her experience and quickly transitioned into the construction industry as a project manager where she has worked with real estate developers covering various aspects of interior construction; corporate, retail, industrial, financial and most recently healthcare. In 2001, Carla partnered with her husband, a general contractor, and designed and managed various projects in the commercial and residential sectors. In 2007, Carla contracted with a local architect as a designer for several years before working her way back into the corporate domain. In 2012, Carla spent three years with KeyBank as a facility construction manager responsible for the remodels renovations of bank branches in the Great Lakes region. After joining University Hospital Systems in 2015, she became part of the Sodexo USA team as a Construction Project Manager where her responsibilities include multiple capital construction projects including the development of new facilities, alterations, renovations and additions. Carla is a member of the Western Reserve Rowing Association (WRRA) and has been rowing nineteen years with the Summer Rowing league. She volunteers every year at the Head of the Cuyahoga’s annual regatta. Carla enjoys art, architecture, travel and fitness.

Gina Tekorakis is an experienced attorney whose diverse practice is focused on the defense of complex employment litigation, throughout California and Ohio. In addition to her litigation practice, Gina counsels employers nationally in all aspects of labor and employment law and compliance. Gina believes in securing equity and access for all to legal representation, and she volunteers her time to the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland. 

Gina Tetorakis joined Graffiti HeArt board in 2023, serving prior as a volunteer for the organization in 2022. Gina holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida and a Juris Doctorate from the American University, Washington College of Law.

Chris Piazza is a seasoned global R&D executive with unique ability to identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and technologies to advance business strategy.

As an international business leader, Chris is committed to building cultures that position businesses for success and then establishing the systems and structures for future growth.  He empowers, develops and engages cross-functional global teams to optimum performance.

Chris joined the Graffiti HeArt organization and Board in 2022, serving prior as a volunteer for the organization in 2021.  Chris holds a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Ohio University, and a dual Masters of Business Administration from Brown University and IE Business School in Madrid.  He serves as the Sherwin Walk to End Site Lead for the Alzheimer’s Association.

William Masters joined Graffiti HeArt board in 2017, as an advocate of the arts and a follower of graffiti.  Bill is President and Founding Principle of MastersLaw.  He is highly active in the community, both through his professional work as well as through his community service.  Bill is on the Board of Directors Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys (CATA), as well as a Member of the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ), Ohio Association of Trial Attorneys, American Trial Lawyers Association, Cuyahoga Bar Association, and Cleveland Bar Association.  In addition Bill serves on the Board of Advisors of Cleveland Institute of Art (CIA) and the Board of Directors Intermuseum Conservation Association (ICA).
