about graffiti heart

Offering a platform for graffiti writers and aspiring artists to practice their artistic talent on a stage that promotes approved commissioned projects and beautifies and revitalizes communities while funding educational opportunities for underserved  youth. Founded in 2013, Graffiti HeArt develops opportunities for graffiti and street artists to ignite art installations with donors looking to add color to any canvas. Our projects not only generate commissions for talented aspiring and accomplished artists, they also help fund art education scholarships and urban development projects in any community.

Bob

Artist

Born in Cleveland Ohio, Bob Peck began his art career at an early age as an admirer of graffiti art that he saw scattered around his neighborhood. He began to paint on his own and had his pseudonym “tagged” all over town, instilling in him an ability to network and socialize using these talents society itself deemed as “illegal art”. His abstract expressionism pieces can now be seen in galleries across the metropolitan Cleveland area in place of his once tagged name. Eileen

Artist

Eileen graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Kent State University with a concentration in painting. She is known for her colorful canvas and gallery work. Her paintings are in many private and public collections including the Artneo Museum, University Hospitals Case Medical Center and the Cuyahoga County Administration building. Her work expanded from canvas to brick with her first collaborative mural with graffiti artist, Ish Muhammad in 2017. Davon

Artist

Davon is a Cleveland native & graduate from CIA with a Fine Arts degree in Drawing.His work revolves around childhood trauma and the affects on a person into adulthood. Utilizing “Dissociative Identity Disorder,” Davon separates himself into multiple mental identities that tackle situations including race, identity, masculinity and sexuality. Exhibits: Indianapolis Arts Center, Heights Arts Gallery, Wasmer Gallery, Bay Arts Gallery and CIA Reinberger Gallery.For interest in engaging this artist in a Graffiti HeArt mural project, contact tag@graffitiheart.org.

Poke

Artist

POKE is a 45 year old school teacher from Cleveland Heights, Ohio who has also been tattooing for the past 14 years. An active Writer since 1994, POKE is in the Encyclopedia of American Graffiti. Vic

Artist

Vic is a talented aerosol artist whose roots began with graffiti and have since transposed many significant murals in and around Northeast Ohio including the Welcome to Tremont, Parma mural, Welcome to Avalution, and collaboration with the Greetings Tour on the Greetings From Cleveland mural. MONSTER STEVE

Artist

Monster Steve expresses his talents through large-scale murals as well as a variety of media including but not limited to oil paint, acrylic, water color and ink. Using aerosol spray paint, Monster Steve has created amazing large scale murals on behalf of Graffiti HeArt including the 2014 Gay Games, Crocker Park, private home installation, and an installation for a Northeast Ohio corporate event. Corrine

Artist

Corinne is a self taught abstract expression artist. She began her creative journey as an artistically talented child, whose innovative exploration set the stage for a lifelong commitment of self exploration through visual dimensions of various artistic mediums. Garrett

Artist

Garrett is a lifelong Clevelander. His influences of graphic design, street art and graffiti all come together with a love for his city. Most noted for his CLE skyline and 216 aerosol tag, Garrett’s work is a mix of pop art and graffiti combined with his love for The Land! Several commissioned Graffiti HeArt murals by Garrett can be found at Campus International School as well as Avalution Consulting and Bridgeview.
